TÍTULO: Sobre la belleza del arte en la Crítica de la facultad de juzgar de Immanuel Kant

RESUMEN: El objetivo de este artículo consiste en proponer una interpretación de los pasajes de la Crítica de la facultad de juzgar (Kritik der Urteilkraft – KU) que tratan acerca del arte. Más específicamente, se desarrolla una explicación de la inclusión de la doctrina del arte en la Deducción del principio a priori del gusto. Esta explicación vincula la inclusión de la doctrina del arte con algunas dificultades que se mencionan en el texto acerca de la posibilidad de juzgar estéticamente objetos producidos por el hombre. Sostenemos que la doctrina del arte se incluye en la Deducción para mostrar que el mismo principio a priori del gusto se encuentra en el suelo de los juicios de belleza sobre artefactos.

ABSTRACT: The main purpose of this paper is to provide an interpretation of the passages of the Kritik der Urteilkraft (KU) dedicated to fne arts. Specifcally, we attempt to explain the inclusion of the doctrine of genius in the Deduction of the a priori principle of taste. In such context, our explanation seeks to deal with the diffculties on the judgment of beauty of artifcial objects, that Kant himself mentioned in KU. We consider that the doctrine of arts is included in the Deduction in order to show that the same a priori principle of taste is the ground of the judgments of beauty in the case of artifcial objects.
