El estudio universitario de la filosofía. Acerca del método (Lehrart) de Schelling y el plan (Plan) de Fichte

RESUMEN: Son atribuidas a Kant y Hegel opi-niones contradictorias sobre la enseñanza de la filosofía. A Kant, que la filosofía no se puede enseñar, que sólo se puede enseñar a filosofar. A Hegel, que enseñar a filosofar ha de ser, ne-cesariamente, enseñar filosofía. Defiendo que la contradicción es aparente. Defiendo concre-tamente que lo que Schelling y Fichte pensaban sobre la filosofía como ciencia y asimismo arte y sobre su enseñanza universitaria ayuda a entender que lo que Hegel defendió no tiene que estar necesariamente reñido con lo que Kant dijo.

ABSTRACT: Contradictory opinions about the teaching of philosophy are attributed to Kant and Hegel: to Kant, that philosophy cannot be taught, that only philosophizing can be taught; to Hegel, that teaching philosophizing must necessarily be teaching philosophy. I argue that the contradiction is apparent. I argue specifical-ly that what Schelling and Fichte thought about philosophy as both science and art and about its teaching at universities supports that Hegel’s claim is not necessarily at odds with Kant’s.
