Abstract

This article proposes in its first part to make an exposition of the philosophical anthropology outlined in the book You have to change your life by Sloterdijk. The hypothesis of this article, which will be developed in its second part, is that Paul Valéry’s writing practice in his Cahiers, together with the exercising conception found in the Gladiator section, can be interpreted in a novel way under the light of Sloterdijkean thinking.
